Chad Morrison - ex AFL footballer (West Coast Eagles & Collingwood) - now available for personal training sessions.

Chad Morrison had been in the professional fitness industry since 1995. His journey began as a professional footballer in the AFL for 12 years. After retiring from football due to injuries, Chad coached in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) for 3 years and opened Chad Morrison Fitness.
The key message of Chad Morrison Fitness is ‘Healthy Core, Quality Living’. Good health starts at the ‘core’, this means having a balanced diet and participating in regular exercise.
The sessions aim to be a fun, open learning environment on training and nutrition and will provide you with the education you need to give you the benefits of a balanced lifestyle and as a result ‘quality living’.
